Terms and Conditions for Purchases in the Online Store

1. General

2. Definitions

  • SellerHoneysuckle Inn (as defined above).
  • Buyer – The guest or user purchasing products or services through the store.
  • Product/Service – Any physical or digital item, or services offered by the Seller.

3. Ordering Process

  1. The Buyer selects the desired products and adds them to the shopping cart.
  2. The order is completed once the Buyer provides the required details and full payment.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to approve or decline any order for any reason, including lack of stock or payment issues.

4.Prices and Payments

  1. Prices displayed in the store are denominated in Australian currency
  2. Prices  exclude GST / VAT or other applicable taxes
  3. Payment method: Credit Card only.
  4. In the event of a pricing error or technical issue, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

  1. Delivery method(s): in house collection, Australia Post
  2. Estimated delivery time: 7 business days for postage
  3. Delivery area: local / Aus wide
  4. In case of delay, the Buyer will be notified.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation policy: The Buyer may cancel the order within 2 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by local law.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the same credit card used for purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
  3. Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by Buyer
  4. Exceptions: Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, personalized products, digital content after download) may not be eligible for return – Perishable goods and personalized products  are not eligible.

7. Responsibility and Service

  1. Warranty period (if applicable Manufacturer’s warranty
  2. The Seller is responsible only for defects in the product/service supplied.
  3. The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or inconvenience caused to the Buyer.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. The Seller will use Buyer’s personal data solely for order processing.
  2. Data retention period: 12 months required for legal compliance.
  3. The Seller complies with local privacy law.
